Fraud Alert: Protect Yourself from Scams

Our Fraud Department will never call, text, or email you and ask for a verification code to confirm a suspicious or fraudulent transaction.

If you receive a suspicious call, text message, or email claiming to be from the bank:

  • Do not share any verification codes or personal information.
  • Do not call or respond using the contact information provided in the message.
  • Instead, contact us directly using:
    • The phone number on the back of your debit or credit card
    • A phone number listed on a recent bank statement
    • The contact information found on our official website

When in doubt, hang up and contact the bank through trusted channels. Taking this simple step can help protect your accounts and personal information from fraud.
